The Position:
The Agent Service Coordinator role consists of managing daily operations within the Alamo office while representing and enhancing The Agency real estate brand within the community. In addition to developing and implementing organizational goals, procedures, and policies, The Agent Service Coordinator will identify improvement gaps and implement corrective measures while maintaining positive and professional agent and client relationships, and a positive office culture.
Note, this role is full-time in-office.

Base Salary - $25/hour USD. Compensation will be determined based on the skills and qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
