What You’ll Be Doing

• Growing your client base through networking and getting involved locally

• Educating customers about our full range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, business, and specialty coverage

• Listening closely to clients’ needs and putting together smart, personalized insurance plans

• Guiding each client from start to finish, from the first conversation through welcoming them as policyholders and supporting them after the sale

• Building lasting relationships through regular follow-ups, policy reviews, and going above and beyond with service

• Striving not just to meet sales targets but to go further by creating memorable client experiences

• Keeping up with the latest insurance trends and learning everything you can about what Farmers Insurance offers

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing communicators who love building relationships

• Driven self-starters passionate about success in sales

• Well-organized team players who work well independently and manage their time confidently

• Any sales or client-facing experience is great, but it’s not required

• Willingness to get or maintain a state insurance license for Life and Property & Casualty

• Bilingual abilities are a huge plus!
