What You Will Do

• Own and nurture relationships with a network of agents, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Onboard new agents effectively, setting them up for success from day one.
• Identify at-risk agents proactively and implement targeted retention strategies.
• Serve as the internal voice of the agent, providing valuable feedback to product, operations, and leadership teams.
• Track engagement metrics, reporting on the overall health of the agent base.
• Develop and execute initiatives to deepen agent participation and satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and other departments to enhance the overall agent experience.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a closely related engagement-focused role.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of relationships simultaneously, maintaining high-quality interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Data-informed mindset, comfortable using metrics to prioritize efforts and measure impact.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a remote or on-site setting.

Preferred

• Experience working with agents, brokers, or independent contractors in a structured engagement capacity.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and engagement platforms to track relationship health.
• Background in a startup or small team where wearing multiple hats was the norm.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $230K, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise. This company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
