Do zadań zatrudnionej osoby należeć będzie:

  • Obsługa recepcji – Klienci i Kurierzy
  • Telefoniczna i e-mail’owa obsługa klientów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych
  • Rozliczanie Kurierów z dokumentów
  • Wprowadzanie aktualnych danych do systemu
  • Monitoring aktualnych statusów do przesyłek
  • Weryfikacja terminowości odbiorów i dostaw
  • Prace biurowo-magazynowe
  • Raportowanie do przełożonych i Centrali

Oczekiwania:

  • Wykształcenie średnie
  • Dobra organizacja pracy własnej
  • Samodzielność i jednocześnie umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Zaangażowanie i odpowiedzialność
  • Łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów, wysoka kultura osobista
  • Znajomość obsługi komputera i programów Microsoft Office
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
