Transposer les informations dans le système douane afin d’émettre une déclaration valide et conforme.
Vérifier les informations de déclaration en douane et la présentation à l'autorité douanière
Interagir avec les autorités douanières pour régler les problèmes / questions qui peuvent survenir au cours du processus.
Assister à des inspections avec les autorités douanières lorsque la situation se présente.
Agir en tant que liaison entre les autorités douanières et les clients
Vérifier que les documents reçus pour l'importation et l'exportation sont conformes et corrects.
Assurer la conformité aux règlements. Cela comprend des politiques et des procédures internes telles que les normes opérationnelles standards (OPS) et les règlements gouvernementaux externe (par ex. OEA) ou les politiques des clients / exigences.
Comprendre les processus internes, en étant constamment orienté vers la recherche d'amélioration et d’efficacité.
