Responsabilités:

  • Assurer une maintenance optimale de notre base client existante en répondant rapidement et avec précision aux demandes des clients sur des applications multiples complexes
  • Respecter les politiques et les procédures décrites (c.-à-d., protection de la vie privée, AML) dans le service aux clients et la maintenance des comptes
  • Collaborer avec la direction
  • Responsable de la réalisation et du maintien des objectifs

Expérience:

  • Connaissance pratique des prêts et des produits du service financier souhaitable
  • Communication exceptionnelle et compétences interpersonnelles
  • Excellentes capacités d'écoute active
  • Auto-motivé avec une haute énergie et une orientation de réussite
  • Capacité de travailler de façon autonome
  • Excellente maîtrise de la technologie et programmes Word

Bénéfice marginaux garantie:

  • Télétravail
  • Statut d'emploi : Temps plein ( 40 heures semaines )
  • Obligatoire : Parler couramment le français et maîtriser l'anglais (lecture, écriture et verbal)
