Your tasks
• You provide support to CSC agents on quality issues and complex customer requests
• You share accurate, valid and complete data to internal interlocutors related to customer satisfaction, sales processes, MaCo process and other related topics
• You collaborate with the Business Process Expert and participate in data quality activities to exchange, share, communicate the made observations
• You ensure regular analysis of all exception cases (BPEM, Contract Management, Welcome Letter, Goodbye Letters, SEPA…) to be processed manually
• You detect and assist in the correction of erroneous data
• You propose process improvements based on your analysis
• You participate in improvement projects and test sessions (CRM, Digital onboarding, Customer portal, NEDP- and MaCo-platform etc.)
• You prepare internal reports concerning different kinds of data (reading estimates, invoice adjustments, energy metering and instalment adjustments, BPEM cases by department, PDOC cases, network costs)
• You meet service level targets to improve and harmonize the level of service provided to our customers
• You ensure compliance to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• You regularly report to the Team Leader Data Quality on achievements and blocking points, challenges, and issues
Your profile
• You hold a general secondary school-leaving diploma or significant experience
• You ideally have a previous working experience in customer service
• You have an analytical mindset, are detail-orientated and result-driven
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Luxembourgish, French, German and English
