The Customs Brokerage Agent within the PRG Service Center is responsible for preparing customs declarations for AIT branches across Europe. The role includes creating shipment files, managing electronic documentation, and preparing declarations in CargoWise, which are reviewed and submitted by licensed customs brokers in the respective countries. The position ensures accurate, compliant, and timely processing of customs activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry to prevent cost deviations and claims
• Ensure high quality standards and achievement of KPIs
• Apply solid administrative skills in daily operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and sharing process enhancement ideas
• Take ownership to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail

• Positive, results‑oriented mindset with a commitment to completing tasks to a high standard

• Experience with CargoWise (preferred)

• Fluent oral and written English is a must
• Additional (major) European languages would be an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organization

• Ability to manage compliance issues

• Ability to work independently

• Proactive approach to identifying and improving processes.
