  • Ensure all internal and external calls are handled politely and efficiently, in alignment with the hotel's performance objectives and quality standards.

  • Uphold the hotel's service excellence by delivering courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to guests and colleagues.

  • Maintain professional communication standards to support the overall guest experience.

  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in call handling.

  • Collaborate with the team members to meet and exceed performance goals while fostering a positive work environment.

  • Functional Job responsibilities: Room reservations and Restaurant Reservations.
