Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of agent relationships such as onboarding, contract renewal, compliance checks.
Ensure agents compliance with roles and regulations.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage agent contracts and updates to licensing requirements.
Conduct periodic audits of agent documentation, licenses, and operational status.
Track agent sales performance Vs targets and provide recommendations to improve.
Analyze trends and prepare agents performance reports for management.
Support agents with sales forecasting, promotional planning, and stock level coordination.
Act as a liaison between the company and the agent network to ensure timely communication of policies, updates, and product information.
Organize agent training sessions, product education, and compliance workshops.
Address agent queries and operational issues promptly.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for agent administration processes.
Recommend improvements in workflows to enhance agent efficiency.
Collaborate with relevance teams to enhance digital tools for agent management.
Main Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, management
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG/beer/beverage practice.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills, able to present well with senior leaders
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Self-driven and results oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Familiarity with distributor/agent models used in FMCG/beer/beverage
Able to work odd hours and under stressful conditions
