职位描述
1、负责智能座舱大模型用户记忆体系研发优化，提升记忆召回精度与推理效率； 2、开展座舱垂直大模型预训练、后训练、RAG 等技术研发，完成模型适配与轻量化落地； 3、基于车载多源行为数据，设计搭建车载用户静态 + 动态画像标签与建模体系； 4、跟踪大模型与用户建模前沿技术，开展预研、方案设计，独立完成算法模块开发、评测迭代与指标体系建设； 5、协同跨团队落地算法能力，支撑座舱产品线，持续优化交互与业务效果。
职位要求
1、计算机 / AI / 统计等相关专业硕士及以上学历，掌握深度学习、NLP 基础原理； 2、熟悉大模型微调、RAG、向量检索、用户行为建模、画像与人群挖掘相关算法； 3、掌握 Python、C++，熟练使用 VERL、Swift 等大模型框架，了解向量数据库； 4、具备互联网用户画像、定向广告、人群挖掘或 Lookalike 项目经验优先；有智能座舱 / 车联网个性化推荐落地经验优先； 5、数据敏感度强，能独立完成模型调优迭代，沟通协作良好，具备学习攻坚能力，可承受项目压力； 6、加分项：大模型 / NLP / 用户建模相关论文或竞赛获奖；大厂车联网算法落地经验。
