职位描述
1)ME AI Hub 架构设计与建设:负责制造工程中心“ME AI Hub”平台的从0到1架构设计与核心功能开发,打造支撑全流程工艺开发的的AI基础设施与服务中台。
2)Agent 核心能力开发:基于大语言模型(LLM),设计并开发面向制造工程场景的单体及多智能体(Multi-Agent)系统。包括但不限于:工艺文档自动生成Agent、设备故障诊断与预测Agent等。
3)知识库与RAG系统建设:结合汽车制造领域的专业Know-how(如PFMEA、控制计划、设备BOM等),构建高质量的行业知识库,并开发高效的检索增强生成(RAG)链路。
4)前沿技术探索与落地:持续追踪大模型、Agentic Workflow、AutoGPT等前沿技术,评估其在汽车制造场景中的应用可行性,并主导PoC(概念验证)到规模化落地的全过程。
5)技术攻坚与团队赋能:解决AI Hub及Agent开发过程中的高并发、低延迟、数据安全等核心技术难题;指导中初级工程师,提升团队整体的AI工程化能力。
职位要求
1)学历与经验:计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历;具备5年以上AI/复杂软件系统开发经验,其中至少2年以上大模型/Agent相关实际落地经验。
2)大模型与Agent技术栈:深入理解LLM原理,精通LangChain、MetaGPT等至少一种Agent开发框架;精通Prompt Engineering及RAG架构设计。
3)工程化能力: 具备极强的代码能力,精通Python/Java/C++等主流编程语言;熟悉微服务架构、云原生、向量数据库及API网关设计。
4)业务理解:熟悉制造业(尤其是汽车整车制造、冲焊涂总四大工艺)业务流程者优先,能够快速将业务痛点转化为AI Agent的系统设计。
