职位描述

岗位方向：参与面向游戏性能优化方向的 Agent 应用开发，围绕真实业务流程构建可用、可迭代、可评估的 AI Agent 工具。工作内容包括需求理解、Agent 工作流设计、大模型与工具调用接入、交互体验优化，以及基于真实反馈持续迭代产品效果。
岗位职责
1. 针对游戏性能优化领域，参与 Agent 应用的需求分析、方案设计、开发与迭代。
2. 基于 Claude Code / Codex / Cursor 等 AI coding 工具，探索更高效的研发工作流。
3. 调研 OpenClaw、Hermes 等个人助手 / coding agent 项目的核心机制，并结合业务场景做能力迁移。
4. 根据业务同学反馈，持续优化 Agent 的上下文组织、工具调用、记忆机制和任务完成质量。
5. 跟踪 agent memory、self-evolving agent、skill evolution 等方向，探索其在业务 Agent 中的落地方式。

职位要求

1. 对 LLM 基本原理有基础理解，如 context length、next token prediction、in-context learning、prompt / tool use 等；
2. 熟悉 Claude Code / Codex / Cursor 等 AI coding 工具，能在日常开发中熟练使用。
3. 了解 OpenClaw、Hermes 等个人助手类 Agent，理解长期记忆、工具编排、任务轨迹沉淀、经验复用与自我改进等核心思路。
4. 对 Claude、GPT、Gemini，以及 GLM、Kimi、DeepSeek 等模型的能力边界和使用体验有自己的判断。
5. 平时高频使用 AI / Agent 辅助学习或开发，是积极尝新的 AI-native 使用者。
6. 具备基础工程能力，能快速把想法做成可试用原型，并根据反馈持续迭代。
7. 有一定产品意识，愿意主动和内容 / 业务同学沟通需求，理解真实使用场景。
加分项
1. 为 Claude Code / Codex / Cursor 等 AI coding 工具开发过插件、脚本、工作流或开源扩展。
2. 阅读过 OpenClaw、Hermes 等项目源码或机制文档，有相关的 PR contribution。
3. 有个人助手 Agent、coding agent、memory agent、workflow agent 等相关开源项目经验。
4. 有从 0 到 1 搭建 Agent 应用并在真实场景中落地的经历。
5. 对 agent memory、self-evolving agent、skill / tool evolution、上下文工程等主题有长期积累。
6. 对游戏感兴趣，有意向从事游戏行业优先。
