MiniMax 是国内头部大模型公司，开放平台是商业化的核心战场。Token 是大模型公司的"货币"——怎么让开发者用起来、怎么让企业愿意付费、怎么设计商业模式让收入规模化，是现在以及未来大模型服务最需要回答的问题。对于基于Token的大模型服务，如何量化把控服务质量，也同样期待你的答案。 职责： 负责 MiniMax 开放平台核心框架质量保障和主流模型评测。具体工作包括： - 设计并主要实现Token大模型服务的质量保障体系，保障Token服务的稳定性，持续提升服务效果 - 设计并搭建E2E测试Agent，赋能质量保障全流程 - 时刻关注AI、LLM领域前沿技术和开源社区，确保测试场景/方案与业界最新动态一致 - 对模型新版本能力有前沿认知，能实现各领域SOTA模型量化差异评估
职位要求
1、熟悉Python/JavaScript/Golang等至少一门语言，具备脚本级独立开发能力； 2、有AI测试经验者优先，了解LLM、Agent生态更佳； 3、热衷于开源技术，熟悉常见AI/Agent框架，有实际落地经验者优先； 4、关注新技术趋势，具备快速学习和落地的能力，乐于探索创新方案。
