Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Captação e Agendamento de participantes de forma ativa via telefone e demais ferramentas internas, para realizar as pesquisas;
  • Atender as pessoas participante receptivo via telefone e ferramenta de WhatsApp, para resolução de dúvidas, reclamações, agendamentos entre outros;
  • Cadastrar novos participantes em sistema;
  • Preencher planilhas e formulários de controle do setor;
  • Acompanhar inclusões de participantes nos estudos, para garantir e entregar os participantes necessários;
  • Suporte na Recepção para tirar dúvidas, agendar participantes e outras ações
  • Exemplo de tipo de trabalho: pessoas que fazendo atendimento ao cliente em call centers ativo, receptivo ou backoffice, atividades ligadas a vendas ativas de produtos ou cobranças, entre outros

    Requisitos e qualificações

    Para atuar como Agendador da ALS, esperamos que você tenha os seguintes requisitos básicos:

    • Ensino Médio completo;
    • Conhecimento e familiaridade com Excel;
    • Flexibilidade & Inteligência Emocional;
    • Senso de responsabilidade;
    • Comprometimento,
    • Proatividade e Iniciativa,
    • Boa comunicação interpessoal,

    Consideramos um diferencial:

    • Experiência anterior em Telemarketing Receptivo / Ativo
