We are seeking an experienced Agency Team Lead for the METAP market to manage and develop a team of Agency Partner Managers (APMs) who support our highest-value agencies. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for growing agency portfolios, unlocking revenue opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and using insights and data to deliver consultative, scalable solutions for our customers.
The ideal candidate has proven success leading agency-focused, analytically driven digital sales teams in a fast-moving environment. You are confident managing change, building new processes, improving existing workflows, and leading go-to-market strategies. You will be a collaborative leader who enjoys developing talent, works effectively across functions, and takes ownership in accelerating customer success. With a strong understanding of the digital agency ecosystem in the METAP region, you will translate market knowledge into impactful programs, tools, and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Aim for the Highest: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agency Partner Managers. Provide clear guidance, support professional development, and build a high-performance culture that drives measurable business impact.
- Revenue Strategy: Own agency revenue targets and build scalable plans to achieve them through expansion of existing agency partners and onboarding of new growth accounts.
- Be Candid and Clear: Set clear expectations and operational standards. Hold the team accountable while enabling them to exceed goals with the right support, frameworks, and tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Training, and broader SMB leadership to scale best practices, enhance advertiser performance, and address operational gaps.
- Champion Inclusion: Build an environment that values diverse perspectives and empowers all team members to contribute fully.
- Always Day 1: Lead by example - jump into the details when needed, support client strategy, and review campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and inform product and commercial improvements.o
