In this role, you’ll support insurance agents and internal teams by ensuring transactions are accurate, completed on time, and processed smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving, and building long-term expertise in a specialized industry.
What You’ll Do
You’ll spend most of your day working in our systems, supporting agents, and making sure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Process and update insurance bond transactions, including new requests and renewals
- Prepare and send documents to agents and customers
- Help agents use our online systems and tools
- Answer questions and work with team members to resolve issues
- Review reports and fix any errors you find
- Keep records accurate and up to date
- Support team projects and help meet deadlines
- Assist with billing updates and related tasks
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of administrative, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured, fast-paced environment
