The Agency Partner Team develops policies, drives strategic initiatives, and analyses the performance of agency partners (MCNs/TSPs) to support the growth of the partner ecosystem. We also streamline operational processes and work closely with the operational team to drive sustainable partner growth.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly performance monitoring and support ongoing campaign reviews
- Support operational process management and coordinate cross-team communications
- Assist in data analysis to inform strategy and planning for partner growth
- Contribute to market insights through internal research and competitive analysis
- Gain exposure to partner strategy and ecosystem growth within the e-commerce and creator economy
- Develop hands-on experience in data analysis, performance tracking, strategic planning, and process management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows in a fast-paced tech environment
