About the Role

To drive the activation, engagement, and performance enhancement of Advisors and MDLs by producing high‑quality activation materials, presentation decks, and marketing collateral, while providing end‑to‑end support for nationwide and regional Advisory and MDL events.

This role emphasizes execution excellence, content readiness, and seamless event coordination to ensure Advisory and MDL initiatives are delivered consistently, effectively, and on schedule across all regions.

Job Responsibilities:

Advisory & MDL Activation Support

  • Support the development of Advisory and MDL activation slides, toolkits, playbooks, and supporting materials aligned with company strategies and initiatives.
  • Translate strategic directions into clear, practical, and engaging presentation materials for advisors, MDLs, and agency leaders.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and structure across all Advisory & MDL activation materials.

Presentation & Collateral Development

  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint decks for management briefings, nationwide rollouts, and regional activations.
  • Support the creation of collateral such as:
    • Activation toolkits
    • Event decks and scripts
    • Communication slides for agency briefings
    • Advisor / MDL engagement materials
  • Continuously refine materials based on feedback from internal stakeholders and agency users.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Support annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc nationwide and regional events for Advisors and MDLs.
  • Assist in end-to-end event coordination including:
    • Planning timelines and rollouts.
    • Content preparation and consolidation
    • Coordination with internal teams and vendors
    • On-site or virtual event support (when required)
  • Ensure smooth execution and readiness of materials for all events.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including:
    • Agency Strategy
    • Agency Performance
    • Product Marketing
    • Training & Development
    • Regional Agency Teams
  • Act as a support liaison to ensure alignment and timely delivery of activation materials and events.

Operational & Ad-hoc Support

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for Advisory & MDL activation initiatives.
  • Support post-event consolidation, documentation, and basic reporting when required.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Working Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in:
    • Insurance / Financial Services.
    • Sales activation / campaign support.
    • Event planning or business support roles.

Skill & Competency Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint with strong presentation design and development capabilities.
  • Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, in written and spoken form. Fluency in additional dialects is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to execute tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning.
