The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.
Responsibilities
The Agency Solutions Manager consistently performs activities such as planning and supporting advertising strategy proposals for clients and operational consulting to maximize the use of TikTok for Business, ensuring platforms like "TikTok / Pangle" become essential marketing tools for advertising agencies. The specific duties include
- Proposing solutions and operational consulting to help advertising agencies make successful promotion proposals to their clients.
- Enhancing the competitiveness of advertising agencies by sharing the best usage methods, being well-versed in the features and delivery logic of advertising products.
- Conducting regular meetings and study sessions for advertising agencies to deepen their understanding of products.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to propose operational improvements, thereby enhancing advertising performance and expanding revenue.
- Leading internal and external projects as an owner, such as improving advertising performance and product adoption rates.
- Accumulating insights on advertising operations, building best practices, and enhancing the adoption rate of key solutions to increase the value of TikTok for Business.
- Appropriately feeding back the raw voices regarding the features and logic of advertising products to the product side, thereby strengthening the product.
- Data Monitoring and Diagnosis: Build and maintain a real-time dashboard for agent advertising spending, and conduct attribution analysis on agent performance differences (by country/industry/product dimension)
- Business Analysis Support: Identify growth opportunities for high-potential agents; track the progress of commission incentive policies, etc.
- Other monetization-related operational tasks for advertising business, collaborating with relevant teams such as sales to drive the execution of key projects.
