Team Introduction
The Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market-level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Data Building & Diagnosis Capability
- Partner with Agency Partnership Managers to inform and guide revenue-driving strategies
- Develop and maintain an agency leaderboard to support market-level objectives and AO growth
- Provide scorecards for branding, TTS, Apps, and Webs performance at the top accounts level of leading agencies
- Identify new growth opportunities and design robust go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Deliver actionable insights through regular dashboards, reporting, and performance reviews to optimize agency outcomes
2. Strategic initiative growth at scale
- Lead and drive key initiatives by defining strategy, priorities, and hitlists
- Monitor pitching rates, performance progression, and product adoption to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact
- Scale successful initiatives across agencies to maximize market penetration and growth
3. Product Education & Enablement
- Provide structured training and resources to help agencies quickly adapt to TikTok’s advertising ecosystem
- Continuously assess program effectiveness, refine learning modules, and measure adoption through KPIs
- Develop compelling case studies that highlight successful campaigns and product utilization
- Deliver product training to Tier 1 agencies
- Share vertical insights and education by leveraging content from direct Client Solutions Team (CST)
- Build and maintain an external hub library to centralize product knowledge and best practices
4. Agency & Client Retention
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with agencies
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring agency needs are met with TikTok’s solutions and capabilities
- Provide proactive support and consultation to strengthen retention and drive sustainable growth
- Foster collaboration and transparency to ensure agencies achieve measurable business outcomes
