About the Team
The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.
Responsibilities
The Agency Solutions Manager consistently performs activities such as planning and supporting advertising strategy and campaign proposals for new clients from Indie Agencies, ensuring platforms like "TikTok / Pangle" become essential marketing tools for Indie Agencies who are new to the TikTok ads platform. The specific duties include
- Collaborating with new Indie Agencies to define the success metrics of the clients of theirs.
- Creating campaign proposals according to vertical best practise.
- Educating the media planning team of Indie Agencies on the solutioning to ensure they can scale the methods to other clients in their portfolio.
- Driving the implementation of the campaign, monitoring performance data and optimizing the campaign performance during the campaign cold start phase.
- Contributing to regular webinars and events for advertising agencies to deepen their understanding of products.
- Accumulating insights on advertising operations, building best practices, and enhancing the adoption rate of key solutions to increase the value of TikTok for Business.
- Identify growth opportunities for high-potential new Indie Agencies.
