About the team:

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

Responsibilities:

- Performance analysis - gather relevant data to analyze the campaign and business performance of agency partners, identify factors that drive or inhibit growth, and make proposals to partners

- Agency enablement - closely work with agencies to nurture agencies' digital marketing capability, build infrastructure for TikTok advertising, and strengthen internal productivity via automation

- Drive advanced performance management - timely updates for new solution launches

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in building and strengthening partnerships with 3rd parties

- Analytical skills - Able to understand and analyze data, identify insights and drive business growth based on analyzed data

- Stakeholder management - Understands the different interests of various organizations or groups, aligns such interests and drives changes in 3rd party behavior

- Able to communicate the value and the potential of our products, such as TikTok and TikTok for Business

Preferred Qualifications

- Able to use tech and/or AI solutions to automate tracking tools, execute repeated operations and solve day-to-day operational issues

- Experiences in building programs or systems for capacity building or education, and leading training programs to a diverse audience

- Understanding in digital marketing, advertising and agency business

- Proven track record of success in a highly competitive, fast paced and challenging environment
