Are you ready to make a difference in the insurance industry?We’relooking for an Agency Service Representative to play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding of new agency partners and providing ongoingassistanceto our existing agencies. This position is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department and addressing all agency requests promptly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • New Agency Onboarding:Facilitatethe onboarding process for new agency partners, ensuring all required documentation, systems access, and training are completed.Assistin integrating agencies into the company’s platform, including MY180 and CRM systems.
  • Agency Support:Provide ongoing administrative support to agencies, promptly addressing queries and resolving issues. Ensure agencies have the information and resources needed for smooth operations.
  • CRM and MY180 Application Management:Utilizethe MY180 application and CRM to enter, update, andmaintainaccurateagency records. Ensure all agency interactions are logged, tracked, andfolloweduponefficiently.
  • Service Request Resolution:Swiftly and effectively address and resolve agency service requests, acting as a liaison between the agency and internal departments when necessary.
  • Process Improvement:Identifyopportunities to improve onboarding and service processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Training and Resources:Provide individual training sessions for agents ontheeffective use of MY180 and other company systems. Maintain updated training materials in the sales document library.
  • Administrative Support:Assistwith various administrative tasks within the sales department, including report preparation and data accuracy tracking duringonboarding.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with territory managers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, providing administrative support for special projects as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience:Previousexperience as a Service Representative is preferred but notrequired.
  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent required; aBachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Licensure:Ability to obtain a 440 or 220 P&C license within90 days.

SKILLS:

  • Organizational Abilities:Strong multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with agency partners and internal teams.
  • Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with various software applications.
  • Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Prioritization:Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading; being able to lift light objects (<25 lbs); and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones.  In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist, or squat down to open/close cabinets and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.

The office environment is fast-paced and collaborative.An employee must be willing and able to work their regularly assigned work schedule onsite, and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company or departmental needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
