Job Description

MediCard Phils., Inc. is one of the country's leading HMO and the only HMO founded and run by Doctors. MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

The role is responsible for driving end-to-end capability building of the Sales organization covering both employee, agents, and other partners. The role also facilitates education / orientation actions for key partners to ensure knowledge of the product / contract terms.Designs, delivers, and monitors onboarding of sales personnel (i.e. employees and agents)
Conduct Training needs analysis on the sales team to assess the gaps in the sales capability of Sales and sales management
Develops and designs training programs and other learning interventions based on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements Conducts training sessions with sales personnel to provide them with new skills or knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively
Evaluates the success of training programs to ensure that they are effective in increasing employee performance
Lead the sales team activity management framework and governance
Monitors / observes performance improvement among sales personnel and provides ongoing coaching and support
Establishes performance metrics for sales staff, such as number of calls made, number of appointments scheduled, number of leads generated, etc.
Creates a training / learning plan that clearly outlines goals, objectives, topics covered, and estimated time frames for each course Identifies the training needs of employees and developing effective training programs to meet those needs
Creates and maintains a database of training records for each employee who has received training
Coordinate with AIA and BPI AIA training team in assessing training needs of partners (AIA – Agents and BPI AIA – BSEs) in relation to MPI sales
