As an Agency Sales Trainee, you will:
Connect with prospective clients through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
Learn how to identify client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and regular communication
Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth
Manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication using CRM tools
Participate in ongoing sales and product training
Work alongside an experienced team while developing your skills and confidence
Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
Comfortable starting conversations and connecting with new people
Coachable and eager to learn
Strong organization and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
