Job Description
Our client is one of the leading insurance company here in Philippines that offers wide range of insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for life agents, addressing their needs and
- resolving any issues.
- Regularly visit life agents to strengthen relationships and provide support.
- Work with life agents to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential agency
- partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Provide training to life agents on non-life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and sales techniques.
- Assist life agents in understanding and complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support life agents in developing marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor the performance of life agents and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on non-life
insurance.
- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, and business development.
- Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
