About the Role

As an Agency Project Manager at SBM, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise projects, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Working across our specialist teams, you’ll oversee the creation and implementation of website, software, and app development projects.

You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to produce exceptional outcomes, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is a pivotal role within our Enterprise team, requiring a dynamic project manager who thrives on solving challenges and delivering results.

You’ll keep projects running smoothly, maintain strong client relationships, and leverage our team’s diverse skills to deliver top-tier results.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

• 4–5 years’ experience in Project and/or Account Management.
• The ability to manage technical projects alongside Design, UI/UX, and Marketing initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts with diverse scales and deliverables.
• Extensive client-facing experience—you view clients as partners and are genuinely invested in their success and ROI.
• The ability to creatively solve challenges, analyse complex information, and deliver business-focused solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a demanding professional environment.
• A track record of creating and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in project budget management.
• Experience across multiple platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Agency or digital marketing experience (preferred).

Your Responsibilities

As our Agency Project Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Managing projects daily across Tech, Creative, and Marketing teams using multiple methods.
• Collaborating with specialists, delegating tasks, and clearly communicating client requests.
• Monitoring milestones to ensure projects remain on track.
• Managing project budgets to align with financial goals.
• Providing regular updates to clients and team members.
• Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, budget requirements, and client satisfaction.
• Using ClickUp as a project management tool.
• Ensuring invoices are sent out on time.
• Creating detailed documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
