THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for Agency Premier Academy, Specialist who is responsible for training and developing agents, agency leaders’ capabilities in the assigned area, through the provision of appropriate training programs and post training activities, to achieve agency segmentation productivity KPIs, especially active ratio of rookie agents 12 months within allocated resources and approved budget according to the company's core values and standards
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan & deliver monthly training schedules for ACT1 and non ACT1 courses workshops achieve sales/ productivity KPIs of new agents and agent segmentation in the assigned area.
Plan & deliver basic courses/workshops for Agency Leaders to contribute to AL segmentation productivities KPIs.
Comply with MoF and/or Company rules, as well as guidelines in training delivery processes/procedures.
Engage AD, Agency leaders to have follow-up actions with the agents after courses to observe & feedback on their behaviors changed and performance improvement.
Join field work with agents to understand market to conduct the training more practical and updated
Ensure effective implementation of planned training activities by making optimal use of time, and ET resources
Roll out e-learning and other digital training solutions to achieve target of adoption.
Participant in cross-team projects & activities as a member
Build and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to ensure maximum support for employee training activities.
Support the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs set out through training, coaching, sales coaching, and JFW activities.
Raise customers' awareness of insurance through workshops and events for customers.
Collaborate with direct supervisor to build capabilities for the training team.
Participate in designing high-quality training programs to enhance capabilities suitable for the responsible channel, and deliver training programs for agents, sales staff and managers. Ensure training quality and effectiveness, contributing to sales growth and sustainable development goals of the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: College/University graduation – Major in Marketing / Finance / Economics / Pedagogy is preferred
Experience: 4-5 years’ working experience, preferable in training field or life insurance industry.
Certification / Licenses required:
English language certifications: C or equivalence
Certificate of informatics: B or equivalence
LOMA/LIMRA is preferred
Skills (technical skills): Training skill, Computer skill and Presentation skill
