Team Introduction
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team drives revenue growth for TikTok’s advertising business globally. The team partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Agency Partnerships, Marketing Science, and Product teams to deliver scalable business impact. GBS is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven organization focused on long-term ecosystem development.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships and revenue growth with Big6 agency groups, driving long-term trading agreements, investment commitments, and joint business planning.
- Own end-to-end commercial strategy with key agency holding groups, including deal negotiations, incentive structures, and product adoption acceleration across priority verticals.
- Develop and execute agency growth frameworks to increase TikTok’s share of wallet through demand generation, performance scaling, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Position TikTok as a must-buy platform for both brand and performance objectives, shaping agency planning narratives and influencing media investment decisions at senior leadership levels.
- Build and expand executive-level relationships with agency investment, strategy, and trading leaders to unlock new business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue pipelines.
- Partner with global cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing Science, Sales Operations, Legal, and Engineering to deliver best-in-class solutions, scalable programs, and operational excellence for agency partners.
- Develop high-impact, data-driven storytelling and market insights tailored to agency business priorities, competitive positioning, and evolving industry trends.
