TikTok’s Agency Partnership Managers build long-term relationships with top agencies and brands across Europe, educating and empowering them to unlock commercial opportunities on the platform. Our innovative, high-impact advertising products create unique experiences for users and strong connections for brands.
TikTok is seeking an experienced Agency Partnership Manager to expand and lead partnerships with some of the country’s top media agencies. In this role, you will deliver best-in-class collaboration through thought leadership and education, driving adoption of TikTok’s advertising solutions and positioning TikTok as a strategic partner.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of identifying incremental opportunities, turning insights into action, and proactively unlocking new areas of growth for agencies and advertisers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a portfolio of top media agencies through product adoption and scaled solutions
- Execute strategic account plans aimed at driving significant investment growth
- Shape and strengthen TikTok’s external narrative in the Spanish market
- Create, test, and scale local initiatives to educate and inspire agency stakeholders, positioning TikTok’s product suite as a leading business-driving platform
- Identify new business opportunities for agencies to partner with TikTok and generate incremental revenue streams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products, processes, and client relationships
- Track and analyse revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify areas for growth
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
