TikTok is seeking an experienced Agency Partnerships Manager to drive the expansion of long-tail and mid-market advertisers across the portfolio of Spain’s top media agency groups (Big6). In this role, you will work cross-agency to unlock incremental growth opportunities, scaling TikTok’s advertising solutions across a broader base of advertisers. You will play a key role in developing scalable programs, strategic initiatives, and education frameworks that enable agencies to successfully activate and grow their broader client portfolios on TikTok. Working in close partnership with Agency Partnership Managers across the Big6 groups, you will help identify untapped opportunities and design initiatives that accelerate adoption and investment from long-tail advertisers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of identifying growth opportunities across complex agency ecosystems, turning insights into action, and building scalable strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the growth strategy for long-tail and mid-market advertisers across the portfolio ofSpain’s top media agency groups (Big6)

- Partner with multiple agencies to unlock incremental revenue opportunities within their broader client portfolios

- Develop and execute scalable programs and strategic initiatives to accelerate TikTok adoption among long-tail advertisers

- Identify structural growth opportunities within agency portfolios and design activation plans to unlock them

- Create, test, and scale educational initiatives that empower agencies to position TikTok as a key growth platform for emerging and mid-sized advertisers

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve solutions tailored to long-tail advertiser needs

- Track and analyse revenue performance across the long-tail segment within agency portfolios and identify areas for growth

- Shape and strengthen TikTok’s narrative as a scalable growth platform for advertisers of all sizes in the Spanish market

- Meet and exceed revenue targets tied to the growth of the agency long-tail segmen
