About the Role:

The Agency Partnerships Manager (APM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with advertising agencies, and helping agencies drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as an APM requires strong sales skills, a strong partnership with Client Solutions Managers (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment. This position is full-time and based out of our Toronto, Canada office.

Responsibilities:

- Own and grow strategic partnerships with major Canadian agency groups (HoldCos and key independents), serving as a senior point of contact across planning, investment, and executive teams

- Position TikTok as a core partner in agency planning cycles, influencing media allocation across Canada-led and North America/global campaigns

- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with agency partners, aligning TikTok solutions to business priorities and unlocking incremental investment across key verticals and accounts

- Drive revenue growth through agencies by expanding share of wallet within existing clients and unlocking new budgets, including US/global investment into Canada

- Navigate complex, multi-market account structures, partnering with global and US teams to ensure Canada is represented and scaled in broader campaigns

- Influence and orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product, Measurement, Creative, Marketing Science, Partnerships) to deliver integrated solutions

- Champion adoption of emerging products, with a focus on scaling performance and commerce solutions in a high-growth market
