The Agency Partnerships Team Lead role is directly responsible for building relationships and helping agencies drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education and support.
Ideal candidates will combine an exceptional ability to lead and grow a team of sales professionals, act as a consultative sales player/coach, and deliver against sales quota.
You should have a passion for growing our business exponentially, an outstanding ability to set the strategic vision, and a willingness to develop and execute scaled processes. Success in this position requires strong sales and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish a sales strategy and innovative solutions and execution plans to achieve sales quota and team goals
- Develop and coach team of experienced Agency Partnership Managers in setting long and short-term goals, milestones, and tracking performance towards revenue objectives.
- Support agencies in developing new revenue streams through our ecosystem partnerships, including TikTok Shop and creator-led services.
- Lead trading deal negotiations together with trading team, defining ambitious yet achievable commercial objectives that strengthen strategic relationships and elevate partnerships to the next level.
- Establish and nurture market-leading relationships with C-suite agency stakeholders, securing and delivering long-term joint business plans.
- Represent TikTok externally at industry events
