TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily support for Creator Networks: handle inquiries and support tickets, deliver clear solutions promptly, maintain service standards, track issues with accurate case notes, and summarize recurring questions into self-serve resources (FAQs, guides).
2. Maintain and optimize the Creator Network Support Hub: update self-service materials, identify workflow improvement opportunities, and manage tracking systems to assist Agency Managers in efficient task completion.
3. Support LIVE agency campaign operations: assist in the full process from setup to post-review, help prepare training materials, coordinate campaign tracking and performance summaries, and collaborate with regional/global teams.
4. Undertake TikTok Creator Network marketing support: engage with the community, create and edit short videos, design brand-consistent visuals, analyze campaign performance, assist with administrative tasks and event organization, and track content engagement metrics.
5. Collaborate with product teams: collect and relay agency feedback, support new product feature testing and documentation, update onboarding SOPs, and prepare weekly updates using dashboards and trackers.
6. Onboard new Creator Networks: welcome new members, share weekly tips and monthly digests, and communicate product/policy updates clearly and timely.
