Benefits of working with Clarity Locums Mix of day, evening and night shifts available Flexible shifts available Referral Bonus of €250 Sign-on bonus €100 FREE Uniform PAID NMBI Registration “Agency Nurse of the Month” Bonus €100 FREE Garda vetting Easy-to-use smartphone app Booking platform open 24 hours a day Holiday / Public Holiday pay / Sick pay HSE Approved Agency Allocated consultant FREE CPI training with Clarity Locums Opportunity to earn excellent rates Duties Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care within a respite centre setting Assessing and monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing Carrying out clinical observations and monitoring patients’ conditions Recognising and responding appropriately to changes in patients’ clinical presentation Administering medications and treatments safely and effectively Supporting residents with their daily care needs and individual care plans Promoting patient safety, dignity and independence Liaising with GPs, families, healthcare professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team Maintaining accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation Working effectively as part of the nursing and care team across day, evening and night shifts Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in General Nursing and Active Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Minimum 6 months post-registration nursing experience Previous experience in a residential, respite, community or similar care setting is desirable Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Experience recognising and responding to changes in patients’ clinical condition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to work a mix of day, evening and night shifts Eligible to work in Ireland Registered with Clarity Locums (or willing to register) I specialise in recruiting Agency Nurses.
