About the Role

Responsible for agency movement processes and reporting, ensure timely and accurate system updates for different type of agency movement.

  • Perform timely and accurate agency movement processes and system updates in industry association and internal system for different licenses including Life, Takaful and General Insurance.
  • Provide timely and accurate agency movement reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular agency movement or agent profiles summary/statistic and perform data analysis with meaningful insights for Management's reference.
  • Ensure the accuracy of agent profiles and agency movement updates as per SOP/guidelines and the completeness checking of the results.
  • Prepare external Replacement of Policy (ROP) report and perform terminated agent’s movement checking from industry association system on regular basis.
  • Handle past employment checks as per BNM guidelines.
  • Timely and effective communication on agency movement send to the agency or key stakeholders.
  • Adhere to regulatory and internal guidelines for different type of agency movement as per Agency Compensation Handbook, SOP, and any related regulatory rules.
  • Agency exceptional report checking and perform reconciliation on the agency records on regular basis.
  • Prepare user requirements/ user story for system enhancement, requirement walkthrough with Agency Technology team and TECH Team.
  • Provide different scenario for UAT and perform verification on UAT results and post deployment checks post system enhancement implementation.
  • Any assignment from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in distribution or operations.
  • Proven experience in Agency Distribution operations or within the Insurance industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytic tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and accountability.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
