About the Team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimise TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
We are looking for a highly motivated Agency Management Intern to join our TikTok LIVE team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and is eager to bring clarity and structure to a rapidly-scaling business.
You will work directly with the team to streamline processes, organize knowledge, and support agency operations, helping us reduce chaos and build a solid foundation for growth.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
- Data analysis: Support routine data collection and basic analysis, including consolidating key metrics for weekly and monthly reports and identifying simple trends or changes in performance.
- Streamline operations: Support the team by mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements to make processes more efficient.
- Knowledge master sheet: Build and maintain a central knowledge hub (best practices, guidelines, SOPs, playbooks) to ensure clarity and alignment across the team.
- Agency support: Assist in onboarding new agencies by organizing documentation, guiding them through policies, and helping them access growth tools.
- Team enablement: Act as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-ups are clear and documented.
- Ad-hoc projects: Contribute to business development and agency growth initiatives when needed, with a focus on structure and organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
- Passion for the creator economy, live streaming, or digital media.
