Responsibilities:

- Support and manage the operations of Live Internationalization TCNs (TikTok Creator Network), serving as a key point of contact for TCN-related needs and requests.

- Conduct daily follow-ups on TCN issues and product feature feedback; identify recurring challenges across regional TCNs and contribute to solution optimization.

- Develop and refine SOPs, document best practices, and standardize operational processes to improve scalability and service quality.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for TCNs; monitor project milestones and ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives.

- Participate in localization strategy planning and execution, adapting global initiatives to the Japan market.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, strategy, data, creator management) to enhance operational efficiency and ecosystem performance.

- Take increasing ownership of independent projects as you grow in the role.
