Key Accountabilities

1. Strategic Training Needs Analysis

Lead training needs analysis aligned with business priorities, agency development roadmap, and performance data.

Analyze sales productivity, retention, activation, and capability gaps to identify priority learning interventions.

Translate business needs into learning strategies, competency frameworks, and learning architectures.

Act as a thought partner to business stakeholders by recommending effective capability development solutions beyond traditional training when appropriate.

2. Training Program Design & Development

Lead and oversee the design and development of training programs in accordance with the approved training roadmap.

Ensure all programs:

  • Align with defined business objectives and learning outcomes.

  • Apply modern learning methodologies such as Adult Learning Principles, Experiential Learning, Blended Learning, and Microlearning.

  • Are designed, managed, and developed with high quality, timeliness, covered pre-while-post training framework, and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • Be coordinated with relevant departments to ensure scripts, forms and tools comply with PVA regulations and the law.

Drive the design of learning solutions for key target segments, mostly focus on Agency Leaders Force & as per projects’ needs.

Review, standardize, and continuously enhance training content, tools, and learning journeys.

3. Train-the-Trainer, Evaluation & Quality Monitoring

Serve as a model instructor if needed.

Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and certification activities for Training Delivery team.

Use insights and data to drive continuous improvement of training programs and learning solutions.

  • Be coordinated with relevant departments to ensure scripts, forms and tools comply with PVA regulations and the law.

4. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

Manage and deliver key training and capability development projects at company level.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

Work with regional or international experts to adopt best practices and continuously enhance program quality.

Scope of Responsibility

End-to-end accountability for the quality and effectiveness of assigned training programs.

Authority to make professional decisions related to learning design and development within approved frameworks.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

· Execute ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by management

Job Requirements

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree or above in Insurance, Business, Education, Human Resources, Training Management, or related disciplines.

Experience

>5 years of experience in:

  • Training Design & Development.

  • Learning & Development or Training Management.

Proven experience in leading training projects and guiding learning professionals.

Professional Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

  • Life insurance agency business and distribution models.

  • Instructional Design and Adult Learning principles.

Skills & Competencies

Strategic thinking with strong business orientation

Learning solution design

Training & Coaching

· MS Office, Data literacy and AI awareness (conceptual application, not technical coding)
