This role is to develop and execute key initiatives to build Agency Leaders capabilities
The Manager of Agency Leaders Capabilities is expected to
i) Deliver execution plans for capabilities building initiatives and any assigned projects that support the business objectives
ii) Work with focus and core values that align with PVA culture
This position focuses on delivering execution plans aimed at developing Agency Leaders, including but not limited to:
Translate strategic directions and business priorities from Senior Manager into actionable project ideas, solution options, and execution roadmaps aligned with Agency Leader development objectives.
Develop, plan, and execute initiatives integrating training and development, activation, engagement platforms, and supporting tools to strengthen sales management, recruitment, and leadership capabilities, while fostering a culture of service excellence, performance consistency, and professionalism.
Take full end‑to‑end ownership of project delivery, including detailed planning, timeline and milestone management, dependency coordination, risk identification, issue resolution, and on‑ground execution.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration and rigorous follow‑up with multiple stakeholders (e.g. AD, ATD, Agency Planning, Agency Compensation & Incentive, Digital, Communications, Trips & Events, and other supporting teams) to ensure timely inputs, aligned priorities, and committed deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage directly with agents and agency leaders to ensure initiatives are understood, adopted, and executed effectively at field level, with proactive tracking and problem‑solving.
Monitor project progress and performance against defined KPIs, success metrics, and timelines; prepare regular status updates and effectiveness reports for management review.
Analyze results, field feedback, and data insights to evaluate initiative effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements to enhance business impact.
Build strong working relationships and effective communication platforms with stakeholders to support smooth execution, alignment, and accountability.
Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and focus on delivering tangible and sustainable business outcomes rather than activity completion.

Bachelor’s degree from local or overseas universities.

Must have:
2–3 years’ experience in the financial industry, with solid exposure to agency or sales‑driven environments.
Strong project management capability: planning, timeline & milestone tracking, progress follow‑up, and issue resolution.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to clearly translate strategies and initiatives to teams.
Strong stakeholder management & follow‑up skills, capable of driving alignment and deliverables across multiple functions.
Hands‑on execution mindset, able to multi‑task, work independently, and push initiatives end‑to‑end.
Critical thinking & ownership, with the ability to connect the dots, proactively solve problems, and deliver committed outcomes.
Nice to have:
Practical sales or field experience in insurance or agency management.
Experience in KPI tracking, effectiveness measurement, and management reporting.
Exposure to transformation, change, or capability‑building projects within agency channels.
Familiarity with digital tools or platforms supporting training, engagement, or performance tracking.
