About the Role

To support both Agency Innovation & Tech on reporting, analytics and to manage and optimize AIA’s GenAI chatbot (TANYA) by ensuring high-quality knowledge base, response accuracy, and seamless BOT operations, while supporting the transition to Group-level AI solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tracking, monitoring and p reparation of Digital & AI model reports including performance dashboards to enable Business to evaluate effectiveness and results of campaigns/initiatives launched.
  • Provide data and insights required on adoption and usage trend for AIA Life Planner App, iCari, eSales Builder and app gamification.
  • Support day-to-day operations of Gen AI chatbot TANYA, ensuring consistent performance and reliability. Handle increased administrative tasks required for BOT setup, updates, and maintenance, as well as support migration and operations of Group-level AI solutions (non code-free environment). This includes translating existing knowledge base documents as relevant into structured content for AI consumption.
  • Gen AI chatbot TANYA insights - track chatbot usage, engagement, and performance metrics, provide insights on agent interaction patterns and content effectiveness, and support data-driven improvements for AI adoption and impact.
  • Prepare leaderboards to regularly communicate and remind Life Planners and Agency Executives on agency initiatives launched.
  • Assist with any other tasks from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, digital operations, or AI‑related support roles.
  • Experience supporting chatbots, AI tools, or digital platforms is an advantage.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience with dashboarding, reporting tools, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to track usage, adoption, and engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with digital applications and AI‑driven solutions.

Knowledge & Capabilities

  • Experience managing structured knowledge base content.
  • Understanding of AI or GenAI concepts is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in non code‑free environments.

Soft Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
