THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Agency Digital Transformation, Consultant who is responsible for define, prioritize, and manage the agency digital platform ecosystem end‑to‑end to maximize business value, transform salesforce daily activities, and enhance agent experience, driving agency productivity and sustainable growth within defined digital strategy, governance framework, and allocated resources.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Planning (10%)

  • Assist in translating business strategy and objectives into initiatives/ project plan/ deliverables with clear roadmap and timeline;
  • Collaborate with relevant business owners, IT and SMEs to align the plan with assigned budget and resources;
  • Manage the assigned budget.

Digital project implementation & delivery (50%)

  • Take part in planning the assigned digital projects roadmap, deliverables & ROI as aligned with business owners;
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of agency digital platform initiatives from gathering business requirements to launching to ensure timely and quality delivery;
  • Manage platform enhancements and backlog prioritization;
  • Build up sharp relationship with salesforce distribution to deep dive understanding business needs and challenges to provide suitable digital solutions.

Digital adoption (20%)

  • Support execution of digital adoption initiatives to drive usage and engagement among agency salesforce;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement adoption campaigns, communication, and training support;
  • Build and manage the agency digital dashboards;
  • User insights collection & analysis to drive agent behavior for productivity uplift.

Digital ecosystem optimization (20%)

  • Establish clear performance frameworks, governance models, and KPIs to measure digital maturity, productivity uplift and process digitization;
  • Track and measure the platform with data insights to provide directions for performance optimization and business improvement;
  • Conduct usability testing and user feedback analysis to identify pain points and drive continuous improvements;
  • Ensure adherence to design standards, branding guidelines, and accessibility requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: minimum bachelor degree
  • Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, digital transformation, or platform delivery. Experience in insurance industry is a strong advantage
  • Digital platform development management,

  • Data analysis and dashboard tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
