The role is responsible for providing relevant data management and analysis in the area of agency incentives and agency compensation that will allow management to formulate and revise strategies through the implementation of campaigns and other campaign-related initiatives. The role will also supervise the Specialist 3 who is managing the end-to-end process for incentive appeals and incentive revalidation. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders – within and outside the Home Office organization in getting data requirements necessary for campaign analysis.
Careful review and analysis will be required in justifying how incentives are designed and how metrics will be measured. The same pre-planning analysis will be required post-launch so lessons can be derived in designing future campaigns. The results of these analyses will need to be articulated properly to management in order to derive meaningful insights which will be the takeoff point for future incentive formulation.
The position will also performing project management for agency compensation enhancement initiative, conducting compensation testing, tracking compensation effectiveness and reporting compensation trends and analyses to management.
Other tasks would include involvement in agency incentive-related special projects and various initiatives aimed at increasing agency production and performance volume.
Key Accountabilities
Incentive Management & Analysis
Conduct incentive analysis, forecasting, and post-campaign reviews
Evaluate agency performance and incentive effectiveness against defined success measures
Support the development of incentive targets, thresholds, and performance gates
Prepare and maintain incentive launch and governance documents (e.g., PARs, SI Tracker, Cost Summary, Bulletins)
Develop dashboards and management reports to monitor incentive performance and trends
Reporting & Business Insights
Generate reports and provide analysis for sales, performance, and governance meetings (e.g., Weekly Sales Meetings, MBR, QPBR, Incentive Committee)
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on agency performance and incentive outcomes
Compensation Analytics & Project Support
Analyze agency compensation results, trends, and drivers, including segment and winner-loser analysis
Maintain compensation dashboards and management reports
Support compensation-related projects, including UAT, JIRA finalization, test scripting, and compensation validation activities
Appeals & Revalidation Management
Oversee appeals resolution, ensuring timely handling, adherence to approval standards, and escalation reporting
Manage incentive revalidation and disqualification processes, including NAP, persistency, recruitment, and appointment status reviews
Program Support & Stakeholder Management
Respond to incentive-related inquiries and provide analysis to support business decisions
Assist in preparing incentive communications and promotional materials
Support the design, launch, and evaluation of incentive initiatives
Process Improvement & Compliance
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and agency experience
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and reporting requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualification
Degree in management or marketing or any business-related course. Degree in actuarial studies, statistics and mathematics is a plus
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
Ability to execute advance excel formulas
