Aged Care Workers play a vital role in the lives of the older and vulnerable persons by providing quality, responsive and compassionate care that supports a trusted and long-term relationship with our older and vulnerable persons. Working closely with the Regional Manager and Registered Nurse and the collaborative healthcare team, the Aged Care Workers will provide person-centred care to support the older and vulnerable persons.
