For more than 100 years, Honeysuckle Regional Health has proudly served as a trusted and essential part of the Violet Town community.  The 68-bed residential aged care facility provides a welcoming, homelike environment for older people with low care, high care, and dementia specific needs.

They are known for a compassionate approach, strong community connections, and deep commitment to delivering person centred care. Their work is guided by dignity, respect, safety, and genuine kindness - values that have shaped the service for generations.

We are seeking Aged Care Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join the team

We are offering:
  • Permanent full time, part time and casual positions

  • Clinically strong, confident in providing safe, evidence-based care
  • Experienced in resident assessments, care planning and documentation that meets regulatory standards
  • Proactive at addressing clinical issues and contributing to a safe responsive care environment
  • An articulate natural communicator who collaborates with all stakeholders invested in the delivery of seamless person-centred care
  • Committed to excellence, with a desire to continually improve practice and outcomes
  • Empathetic and kind, treating residents and families as you would your own
  • Values-driven, showing respect, dignity, and compassion in every interaction
  • Team-focused, contributing positively to workplace culture and supporting your colleagues
  • Emotionally intelligent, understanding the needs, fears, and hopes of older people
  • Current AHPRA Registration Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
  • Minimum of one year experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in aged care
Applicants must have the ability to reliably commute to Violet Town on a regular basis - overseas applicants cannot be considered for these roles. Sponsorship not available.
