THE WORK:

Become a leader in the premier sales force for the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG), bringing ourmarket-leading Google Cloud solutions to our clients.This is more than a traditional sales role; you will be a strategic guide, helping clients navigate their most significant technology transformations and unlock new possibilitiesAs a Sales Executive in the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG), you will drive the end-to-end sales process for a fast-paced sales cycleprospecting, qualification, solution shaping, negotiation; build and manage a robust pipeline; work with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, alliances/partners, marketing) and represent the company as a trusted advisor, matching our provensolutions to client needsYou will help clients harness cutting-edge technologies—from Data & AI, modernization, and Generative AI to enhanced security, reimagined customer experiences, and industry-specific breakthroughs.

  • Establish relationships with clients, from C-suite executives to technical leaders, and quickly identify business challenges that align with our powerful, ready-to-deploy solutions.

  • Forge new client partnerships and drive a high-velocity sales motion to expand our customer base and achieve rapid growthin the mid-market customer segment

  • Deliver and execute compelling, high-impact proposals that showcase the clear business value and rapid time-to-value of our offering portfolio and Google Cloudservices

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Sales Engineer to rapidly validate the technical fit and accelerate deal closure for our streamlined solutions.

  • Orchestrate an efficient end-to-end sales process, mastering a high-speed cycle from initial discovery to a swift and successful close

  • Maintain deep, trusted relationships across multiple client accounts and across the Google Cloud ecosystem to support a seamless client experienceacross sales and delivery

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 8+ years sales experience

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling complex cloud solutions and/or technology consulting services.

  • Experience selling Google Cloud and related services

  • Proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing complex deals in the mid-market segment.

  • Excellent communication, executive presence and presentation skills, with experience building and managing C-level executive relationships

  • Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including leading and coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g pre-sales, solution, partners), from lead generation and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closure.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is Dirigente under the Metalmeccanico National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between 64.700€ and 82.300€.
