We are currently seeking a career-minded, motivated, and outgoing Ag Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Manitoba. The role will be based in rural Manitoba region, covering Winkler/Morden, and Carmen area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, thrives in a field-based sales environment, and has an interest in agriculture and supporting local business communities.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Winkler/Morden area
• Meet with farmers and small business owners to understand their needs
• Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
• Develop new business through prospecting and referrals
• Build long-term relationships with members
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
• Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development

Who Succeeds in This Role:

• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Coachable mindset with interest in long-term career growth
• Comfortable working in a field-based role
• Some agricultural or farming knowledge/experience is considered a strong asset
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
