What you’ll do:
Provide high-quality administrative support to the Ag Procurement Manager, agronomy teams, sales staff, and operational leaders
Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, agro and aerial teams
Act as a communication hub between suppliers, ag teams and aerial teams
Support onboarding and training of seasonal or administrative staff as needed
Support agronomy teams in executing customer crop input programs and service plans
Contribute to a positive customer experience
Monitor product availability and assist in aligning procurement decisions with market demand
Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase orders, delivery tracking, validating sales, and inventory reconciliation
Schedule and manage aerial application services, ensuring optimal timing based on agronomic needs and weather
Maintain accurate records of applications, field data, and regulatory documentation
Support cost-effective procurement by monitoring pricing, contracts, and inventory levels
Ensure accurate billing for aerial services and product sales
This position requires (under constant assessment and revision): sitting (prolonged periods), standing, dexterity, bending and lifting, and carrying items up to 20 kg, walking (occasionally on uneven surfaces), and use of all senses.
