Job Location: Adventure Golf and Raceway - Westminster, CO 80031
Position Type: Seasonal
Salary Range: $16.70 - $16.70 Hourly

General Summary:
The Adventure Guide will help our guests through their adventure at Adventure Golf and Raceway.  The Adventure Guide is the first face our guests see as they enter the facility, The Adventure Guide must be outgoing with a big smile and personality. This guide is the first person our guests will interact with as they begin their adventure.  Guides answer many questions regarding our facility and help make sure that our guests pick the right adventure according to their needs. This can be done in person and over the phone. The Adventure Guide will assist the guests through their expedition at the ticket window, in concessions, at the Raceway with go-karts, bumper cars and during birthday parties, group events and catered events.  The Adventure Guide is responsible for selling tickets, preparing food and beverage items, assisting with group events, securing seatbelts, scanning tickets, monitoring queue lines, assisting in keeping the facility clean and following all safety procedures and standards throughout the facility. The Adventure Guide is expected to help make every step of our guests’ journey memorable and safe.
Availability:
- May 22, 2026 – September 7, 2026, you must be available to work at least 4 shifts per week during the summer. (excluding pre-approved time off or management adjusted schedules)
- March 6, 2026 – May 21, 2026, and September 8, 2026 – November 1, 2026, you must be available to work at least 2 shifts per week during our shoulder seasons.
- November 6, 2026 – January 3, 2027, you must be able to work at least 2 shifts per week for our Holiday Lights season.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing of the attraction
- Assist in the daily inspections of Go-Karts and Bumper Cars.
- Daily cleaning duties: including trash, wiping up any mess, sweeping and organizing.
- Selling tickets and cash handling.
- Selling and preparing food.
- Assisting the guests with attractions – such as seatbelts, safety procedures, and instructions.
- Communication with guests and management about any weather and attraction delays.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old at time of hire.
- Outgoing personality
- Attention to detail and accountability.
- Must be dependable and punctual with transportation to and from work.
- Flexible scheduling, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Working Environment/Physical Activities:
- Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
- Must be able to work at indoor and outdoor temperatures, with extreme heat and cold.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and twist; to lift, carry, push and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weights.
Education/Experience
- Food Safety and First Aid/CPR certificate or be able to complete training once hired.
You will not be scheduled to work during academic school hours; however, you must be available after school, weekends, and holidays. We generally can approve requests for time off, up to two weeks in duration, with advanced notice. Requests for days off must be submitted in advance and are based on requirements per team. We will do our best to accommodate all scheduled requests, including those around fall school activities. Only time off requested for fall academics is guaranteed.

The Hyland Hills Foundation has given thousands of dollars in scholarships to children living in the District to ensure that no child will be unable to participate in District activities due to financial constraints.
